1. When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location. On average, domestic orders arrive in 5–10 business days after shipping.
3. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original packaging. Please see our Return Policy page for more details.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as trusted payment platforms like PayPal and others.
5. Do you offer gift wrapping?
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping. However, our packaging is clean, secure, and great for gifting.
6. How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes a size chart for guidance. If you’re unsure, feel free to email us with your measurements, and we’ll help you find the best fit.
