Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Delays or Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, customs, courier delays) may occur. JNW Style is not responsible for such delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. JNW Style is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
